These Terms and Conditions govern / reflects your access to and use of our website (svarnainstitute.com), digital platforms, mobile applications, services, training programs, workshops, and any related offerings. By accessing our website, enrolling in our services, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and conditions, you must refrain from using our website and services.

- Third Party – Any external entity, service provider, or partner (e.g., payment gateways, examination bodies like IDP) that Svarna Training Institute collaborates with to deliver services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in our services, or engaging with our platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and all other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms by the user.
3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently register for or use our services.
- Minors under 18 years of age may only use our services with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must provide written consent and is responsible for the minor’s compliance with these Terms.
- Svarna Training Institute reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that does not meet eligibility criteria or fails to comply with these Terms.

Restrictions – Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, performing, or creating derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and we deserve the right to initiate legal action within the prescribed governing law of Dubai.
Limited License – Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
5. Use of Svarna’s Website and Digital Platforms
- Permitted Use – Users may access our website for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes, provided such use complies with these Terms and applicable laws in Dubai, UAE.
- Activities Not Permitted for Users (Prohibited for Users)
– Engage in any activity that violates UAE laws, including the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021), such as hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.
– Introduce viruses, worms, or any malicious code to our website or platforms.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or any of our user data.
– Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data from our website without permission.
– Deep-link, frame, or mirror our content without prior written approval.

Prohibited Content – Users must not post or transmit content that is,

– Misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of UAE laws (e.g., Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumors and Cybercrimes).Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
– Monitoring – We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content submitted through our communication facilities that violates these Terms or UAE laws.
7. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation – Some services may require users to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Account Responsibility – Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Notify us immediately at info@svarnainstitute.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Termination of Accounts – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
8. Availability and Provision of Services
Service Continuity – While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our website and services, we do not guarantee continuous availability due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Service Modifications – We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, course, course contents, forms or any offering at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
9. Training Agreements for Corporate Clients
Corporate clients engaging in different kind of training programs will be subject to project-specific agreements based on prices and services offered by us. In case of conflict between these Terms of agreement, the signed and agreed agreement shall prevail.
Corporate agreements must be documented in writing with schedules and should be signed by both parties to be enforceable.
10. Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Registrations – All registrations in our training programs, workshops, or services are final and will start / delivered upon payment only.
Cancellation by User – Cancellations or rescheduling requests are subject to management approval and must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled session. We reserve the right to deny such requests based on operational constraints.
Cancellation by Svarna – We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, low enrollment or any other unavoidable circumstances). Affected users will be notified promptly and offered rescheduling options. Svarna Training Institute will facilitate the rescheduling, however, there is no refund policy.
Refunds – Refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. In these cases, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.
11. Course Changes and Substitutions
Modifications – We reserve the right to modify course schedules, content, trainer assignments, venues, or delivery methods (e.g., in-person to online) at our discretion. Changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible. However, we don’t offer exchange or transfer of courses to other individuals.
Substitutions – If a trainer is unavailable, we may substitute them with another qualified trainer without prior notice.
12. Course Attendance Policy
Attendance Requirement – Participants are required to attend all scheduled sessions. Absences or tardiness must be reported in advance via email to info@svarnainstitute.com. Habit of tardiness will not be accepted and we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the registration after 3 official notices.
Non-Compliance – Failure to attend sessions without prior notice will be marked as unauthorized absence and will be calculated under training hours. Any other non compliance may result in rescheduling fees, withholding of certificates, or forfeiture of the course fee, at our discretion.
Punctuality – Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid disruption.
13. Course Attendance Policy
- Eligibility – Certificates of completion are awarded for relevant programs at Institute and those will be subject to,
– Full attendance of the course or program.
– Successful completion of assessments, if applicable.
– Settlement of all outstanding payments. - Digital Certificates – Certificates may be issued digitally (wherever applicable) and are subject to verification by Svarna Training Institute.
- Misuse of Certificates – Any fraudulent use or misrepresentation of certificates issued by Svarna will result in legal action and revocation of the certificate.
14. Payment Terms
Payment Obligation – All fees must be paid within the timelines specified in invoices or agreements. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or withholding of certificates.
Payment Methods – We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cheques, online payment gateways, pay links, TABBY, TAMARA and other methods. All transactions are processed in AED (Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
Transaction Records – Cardholders / Payers must retain a copy of transaction records, our official receipts and payment policies for their reference and records.
15. Pricing, Currency, and Taxation
Pricing – All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify or revise the pricing at any time without prior notice.
Taxation – Prices may include / exclude applicable VAT (if applicable) or other governmental fees (if applicable) unless explicitly stated. We request to refer the Invoices raised by us. Clients are responsible for complying with their applicable obligations of taxes / vat.
Currency – The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and all transactions are processed in AED STTRICTLY. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
16. Code of Conduct
Professional Behavior – All participants in our programs must adhere to a professional code of conduct, including respectful behavior towards trainers, staff, and fellow participants.
Prohibited Behavior – Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any behavior deemed disruptive or unlawful under UAE laws (e.g., Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combatting Cybercrimes) will result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may lead to legal action.
Dress Code – Participants must adhere to a modest dress code in line with the local UAE cultural norms while attending in-person sessions.
17. Health and Safety
Compliance with Regulations – Svarna Training Institute adheres to UAE health and safety regulations, including those set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and other relevant bodies.
User Responsibility – Users must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided during in-person sessions, including but not limited to wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and following sanitization protocols (time to time as notified by the government).
Medical Disclosure – Participants with medical conditions that may affect their participation and can impact the other student, must inform us in advance. We are not liable for any health-related incidents due to non-disclosure.
18. Force Majeure
Svarna Training Institute shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in service delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, wars, strikes, or natural disasters.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions, but refunds are not guaranteed unless specified in a written agreement.
19. Feedback and Quality Improvement
Feedback Requests – We may request feedback from users to maintain the journey of improvement of our services. Participation in feedback surveys is voluntary but highly appreciated as this helps entire community.
Use of Feedback – Feedback provided may be used for quality enhancement, marketing, or training purposes, with personal information anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
20. Data Protection and Privacy
- Compliance – We collect, store, and process user data in compliance with the UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable regulations.
